Three days in!

It is amazing what three days can do when you are following a healthy eating plan! I have cut out all sugar and most of my carbs for now until I can get over my cravings. I eat a lot of veggies and a little meat (I am not a big meat person!). I even experimented with some new recipes last night and they turned out great!!! I am already down six pounds!!!
This is the website that I found with a ton of great recipes!!! http://cleochatra.blogspot.com/Try the Oopsie rolls! I used them for hamburgers last night. I also tried the Mock Danish. It was ok...it will take some getting used to! But more important than anything...I feel great...no more headaches, no more cravings, I am even thinking more clearly!
